Animal Adventures in the USA

We love animals!!! While traveling to Africa for a safari is definitely on my bucket list, it’s expensive!  So while I’m saving for that once in a lifetime trip, there are some pretty cool, and cost effective, things to do while staying in the United States.  This is a long list, and I have tried to find experiences in each state, but some I have failed to find. I love traveling, and I LOVE taking photographs of the places I travel!  While I wouldn’t consider myself a professional, I do have a knowledge of photography and how my camera works.  There is some photography equipment that I must have with me on vacation in order to take my desired photographs.  My equipment more than gets the job done, and takes some pretty amazing photographs if I don’t say so myself!  Here is a list of the equipment I have with me on every vacation!

A Hot Air Balloon Ride, Train, Tuscan Castle, and WINE… Visiting Napa

I love wine, so Napa was the obvious choice when we were trying to decide where to go for our second anniversary.  We stayed at the RiverPointe Napa Valley Resort.  The resort was on the banks of the Napa River, and was quiet and secluded, though only a couple minutes from the Oxbow District.  Our accommodations were a cute little trailer cottage with a bedroom, full kitchen, living room, and bath.  It was comfortable and clean.  There was a river walk to stroll down, and restaurants within walking distance.

Well there we were.  At the airport about to take our first vacation with the kids.  We were traveling from California to New Hampshire, so not a quick flight.  We could already see the looks people were giving us as they hoped we would not be on their flight.
